President's Message
I literally pulled Mike Ferrante's name off a sign that was in front of another house in the neighborhood when we decided it was time to sell. Since that day, Mike (as well as his team), has made us feel like we were his only clients, or certainly his most important. He asks for, and really listens to what's important to the client--do you want to sell quickly at any cost? Or do you need to hold out for a certain price? Whatever your needs, he's able to mold an effective marketing strategy and make things happen--and he was honest and fair. Our house was sold expeditiously and for a fair price. We couldn't have been more pleased. Mike is now helping us find our next home, and we couldn't recommend him enough for anyone to buy or sell.
